When you request a quote through our website form, a Facebook/Instagram lead form, or by phone or text, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, details about your project, and any photos you send us.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and send quotes, schedule and perform work, send invoices, and follow up about your project. We may also use it to let you know about seasonal services (like maintenance passes) you've expressed interest in. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We use trusted software services to run our business — including our customer management system (Jobber), form and automation tools (Zapier, Google), and advertising platforms (Meta) — which process your information only to provide those services to us.
Our website may use the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure advertising and show relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting 734-474-4883 or emailing jstimach5@gmail.com. We keep job records as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
